• David Gonzalez profiled Peter Goodwin Heltzel and his book Resurrection City for The New York Times in “Riff, the Beloved Community.”
• Also for The New York Times, children’s book reviewer Pamela Paul featured The Fantastic Jungles of Henri Rousseau (Michelle Markel; illustrated by Amanda Hall) in her Sunday Book Review roundup “Bookshelf: Artists.”

  Publishers Weekly posted a starred review of Giovanna Zoboli’s I Wish I Had . . . (illustrated by Simona Mulazzani), calling it a “simple, graceful, and even majestic meditation.”

• Piers Paul Read reviewed Ralph Martin’s Will Many Be Saved? in the Catholic Herald feature “How did we forget about Hell?“
• The Journal of Church and State reviewed An Eerdmans Reader in Contemporary Political Theology (edited by William T. Cavanaugh, Jeffrey W. Bailey, and Craig Hovey), calling the volume “a gift to professors.
• Ian Rutherford of Aquinas and More Catholic Goods interviewed Ralph Martin (Will Many Be Saved?) for the Behind the Counter radio show.
• David Gushee (The Sacredness of Human Life) contributed an article to Sojouners (“In Pursuit of the Common Good“).
• D. A. Carson will be speaking on The Intolerance of Tolerance at the Gospel Coalition’s 2013 National Conference in April.
• The Center for Youth Ministry Training posted a review of Thomas Bergler’s The Juveniliation of American Christianity.
• The Tablet published a review of Rupert Shortt’s Christianophobia, which — we are thrilled to announce — is now available for North American readers to preorder on our website and elsewhere.
• Speaking of Rupert Shortt: do you happen to be a fan of the British television show Rev.? Eerdmans sales rep Jesse Myers is, and he and his wife couldn’t help recognizing a familiar book cover — from the UK edition of Shortt’s Rowan’s Rule — in one of the show’s running gags.
