Yesterday, we observed Election Day by giving away two signed copies of D. G. Hart’s From Billy Graham to Sarah Palin.

Now that the election is over, however, we find our eyes once again open to everything else that’s going on in the world this November — and, as it turns out, there’s quite a lot happening. According to HolidayInsights.com, November is the appointed time to celebrate International Drum Month, National Model Railroad Month, National Novel Writing Month, Peanut Butter Lovers Month, and many other special (and even, perhaps, not so special) occasions.

This November also marks the second annual Picture Book Month (a special occasion we can wholeheartedly appreciate). To celebrate, we’re giving away a set of three hardcover picture books by Ruth Vander Zee on Pinterest. One lucky pinner will receive copies of Always with You, Eli Remembers, and Mississippi Morning.

To enter the drawing, simply:

  1. Pin or repin the image above.
  2. Let us know about it in the comments below.

Be sure to leave your name and email when you comment, so that we’ll be able to notify you if you win. (We won’t share your email address or use it for anything except correspondence directly related to this contest.)

This contest begins November 7, 2012, and will end at midnight, November 14, 2012. After the contest has ended, one winner will be chosen at random from among the eligible entries. The winner will be notified by email and the winning name announced on EerdWord November 15, 2012.

Update: Congratulations to our winner, Cindy Reyes!
